AKOKA, LAGOS STATE— The Dean of the School of Postgraduate Research Studies (SPGS), University of Lagos (UNILAG), Professor Abraham Osinubi, has released a tactical call to action for all team member to master the school’s mandate to prevent a decrease in service shipment.
