Date for collection of scholastic dress
Collection of academic dress starts on 10 April 2026.
Graduands are to gather their gowns at their respective Faculties, Centres, Directorates, and Schools.
Procession time and entry due date
Graduands are to put together in front of the Senate Structure at 8:30 am for the procession.
The notification adds a company caution; no graduand will be enabled into the Convocation Ground after 9:00 am.
Due date for returning academic gowns
Academic dress need to be returned not later than 6:00 pm on Monday, 21 April 2026.
Late return will attract an additional charge of 5 Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) per day.
Security notification for graduands and guests
The University states that luggage and bags will not be enabled into the Convocation arena.
