The Department of Natural Resources Management at Texas Tech University is recruiting an M.S. student with interests in environment use by wild ungulates, predominately pronghorn antelope and mule deer, wildfire influence on environment, and/or wildlife-livestock interactions.
The trainee will be accountable for monitoring wildlife using cellular electronic camera traps, examining interactions between essentially fenced animals and wildlife, and assessing how fire seriousness impacts plant neighborhoods using ground-based and remote noticing methods.
