
OSOGBO, OSUN STATE– The Osun State Government, in collaboration with the Electronic Collections Group (ECG), has actually formally introduced the “Imole Scholarship Award,” honouring 31 extraordinary trainees who taped outstanding performances in the 2025 West African Senior Citizen School Certificate Evaluation (WASSCE).
The first edition of the award event, held at the Olagunsoye Oyinlola Hall, Osun State University, saw each of the top-performing trainees from the state’s 30 City government Areas receiving 100,000 in cash, while the general finest trainee in the state was given a distinguished 1 million scholarship.

The Planner of ECG, Akinmade Akintoye, noted that the list of beneficiaries was sourced straight from the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) headquarters to make sure overall transparency.
