The management of the National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) has authorized Tuesday, 31st March, 2026, as the main date for the event. This marks the completion of the 1 year nationwide service for Corps Members deployed across Nigeria. The NYSC Passing-Out exercise is a major turning point for each Corps Member, as it indicates the end of service and the start of new
chances.
Program of Activities for NYSC Passing-Out The activities for the Passing-Out event will begin with Task Advisory and Counselling(JAC) sessions. These will occur at City government Areas throughout the nation, giving Corps Members the chance to receive assistance on career courses and task opportunities after service.
During the duration, final clearance letters will be signed by Zonal Inspectors and provided to outbound Corps Members. This action validates the effective completion of service and is required before the NYSC Certificate of National Service can be collected.
