The occasion has a fixed date, time, and venue; prospects are likewise given clear instructions on gowns and the procession Order.

The 2025/2026 admission event is slated to hold as follows:
Date: Friday, 27 February 2026 Time: 9.00 am Location: Convocation Square, Main Campus Collection of enlisting dress Matriculating candidates are to gather scholastic gowns at no charge from the workplaces of their respective Professors Officers, starting Tuesday, 24 February 2026. The dress must be returned instantly after the ceremony; this direction stands. There is also a more stringent note: all dress MUST be returned to the Professors Officers within 24 hr after the enlisting exercise. Assembly time and procession arrangement All matriculating trainees are to assemble outside the Convocation Square by 8.00 am Prompt for procession.
