Kano State Polytechnic has actually announced the start of registration for the 2nd, 4th, sixth, 8th and 10th term summertime assessments. The registration starts on Monday, 30 March 2026. All affected students are to contact their departments for further instructions.

The Polytechnic states that only students with carryovers and or CIA are certified.
These trainees are not eligible:
- Students with DOS
- Trainees with DC
- Trainees withdrawn, whether academically or willingly
Registration procedure
Trainees are to follow these actions for the summertime evaluation registration.
Collect the clearance form
The trainee is to gather a clearance form from the Department.
Go To the MIS Workplace
The student is to visit the MIS Workplace with the old registration charge receipt for evaluation.
Pay the required costs
The student is to pay spill-over registration costs. For trainees who did not register and sit for the 1st or 3rd summer assessments, the existing school fees use.
Register at Kano Poly Microfinance Bank
The trainee is to register for the 2nd, fourth, sixth, 8th and 10th summertime assessment with these charges at Kano Poly Microfinance Bank:
- Central Registration Fee: N4,000.00
- School Registration Charge: N1,000.00
- Course Registration Cost: N2,000.00 per course

Registration period
Registration ranges from Monday, 30 March to Friday, 17 April 2026.
Modification period
Revision ranges from 30 March to Friday, 17 April 2026. Departments will arrange the modification.
Assessment duration
The assessment will hold from Monday, 20 April to Saturday, 25 April 2026.
