The Kaduna State Federal government has unveiled plans to establish a partnership with the University of London targeted at broadening access to digital and correspondence course, in a transfer to modernise the state’s knowing system.
The initiative is designed to accelerate Kaduna’s shift towards a technology-driven education sector capable of competing on an international scale.
Speaking at a press briefing on Tuesday, the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Abubakar Sambo, said the proposal followed recent engagements with the UK-based institution.
He revealed that a delegation from Kaduna, comprising 5 professors, went to the 2026 Research study in Range and E-Learning Conference organised by the University of London, where they engaged with international experts in online and blended knowing.
According to Sambo, involvement in the conference used the state a chance to exchange understanding with leading professionals in digital education and marked a significant action in advancing continuous reforms in the sector.
