
In 2018, Andrew moved to the United Kingdom to pursue a Master of Company Administration in Global Company at Coventry University.
Throughout his time there, he served on the student council and joined the African and Caribbean Society, reinforcing his passion for management and neighborhood engagement throughout borders.Andrew later on relocated to
Australia to pursue his doctoral research studies at Torrens University. His PhD research focused on “The Impact of Dynamic Abilities on the Performance of SMEs in Uganda.”

“Work complemented school because it was the source of funds to pay tuition. However I had to prioritise school, staying up late after work, and devoting weekends to studying just to catch up.”His decision to accomplish his objective kept him focused in spite of the exhaustion.Another obstacle he faced was the COVID-19 pandemic, which likewise disrupted his academic strategies. Andrew had initially
prepared to relocate to Australia in June 2021, but global travel limitations postponed his move till March 2022. Despite the obstacle, he continued working with his supervisors online until he might access the campus and research study facilities after constraints eased.Throughout the journey, Andrew credits his success to discipline, decision,
