StudyLingua has long been a key player amongst language travel bureau in the German-speaking area, and also includes the language travel brand Pro Linguis and German-based DIALOG-Sprachreisen.

It comes as part of a long-lasting plan to ensure the continued stability of Boa Lingua, which will continue to run under this name.

The offer enters result retroactively since January 1, 2026.

It marks the latest stage in StudyLingua’s acquisition trail. In early 2024, it emerged that it had actually bought the French-Swiss language travel agency Aventure Linguistique. Meanwhile, Kaplan sold Pro Linguis to StudyLingua in 2016.
