
Crizac has accepted get 100% of Inova Consultancy Limited, referred to as Inova Education, as the student recruitment platform broadens its operations in Mexico and Europe.
The proposed acquisition, through Crizac’s entirely owned subsidiary Crizac Ltd, includes Inova’s recruitment platform, university collaboration portfolio, commercial contracts, operational processes and company facilities, with Inova continuing to operate independently under Crizac’s ownership.
Crizac currently has an existence in Mexico through its 2025 acquisition of Studies Planet, an education firm running across Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina.

The current deal will include Inova’s recognized recruitment operations in Mexico and its relationships with universities in the UK and the Netherlands. Crizac said it would likewise mark the business’s entry into the Netherlands as a destination market and support recruitment from Mexico into the nation and wider Europe.

Agarwal described Mexico and the Netherlands as “progressively important markets within international education”, including that the offer would strengthen Crizac’s capability to link institutions and trainees throughout the two markets.
Crizac listed on Indian stock exchanges in July 2025, when the company detailed plans to broaden into brand-new locations and move beyond recruitment into locations consisting of education financing and other trainee services.
Inova creator Eric Wijmenga will join Crizac as local director for the UK and Europe, leading its recruitment strategy, university collaborations and service advancement throughout the region.
