Applications are invited from suitably qualified Nurses for admission into a 12 calendar month Post Fundamental Diploma Programme in Paediatric Nursing and Mishap & Emergency Nursing of the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Health Center School of Nursing Sciences for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.Admission Requirements Applicants for admission
into these programmes need to have the following: SSCE with 5 credits, not more than 2 sittings. These should consist of English Language, Mathematics, Biology (not Health Science), Physics, and Chemistry. A mix of NECO and WAEC is acceptable. Registered Nurse/Midwife with a minimum of one(1)year post-qualification experience. B.NSc with a PGDE is an included advantage.
The choice of candidates will be based upon scholastic qualifications, efficiency at the entrance evaluation, and it will be a computer-based test.Method of Application Candidates must pay a non-refundable cost of 20,000(Twenty thousand
