University of Maiduguri Mentor Hospital(UMTH ), through its College of Community Health, has welcomed certified candidates to make an application for admission into the Higher Diploma in Neighborhood Health for the
2026/2027 scholastic session. The admission covers both the two-year and 1 year programmes, and candidates require to meet the specified scholastic and expert requirements before gathering the form. Dates matter here; the type window, return deadline, entrance exam and interview duration have actually all been noted.
Tabulation All candidates for the 1 year and two-year programmes must have a Diploma in Neighborhood Health (CHEW) with a valid licence.
Prospects must also hold a minimum of 5 SSCE credits from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, gotten at not more than two sittings. The required topics are English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics and Chemistry.

Candidates need to check out the UMTH Billing Office and pay the right application fee for their selected programme.
After payment confirmation, candidates need to acquire the application from the College of Community Health, UMTH. The finished form needs to be returned to the College on or before the stated due date.
UMTH Application Dates, Deadline and Interview Schedule
The application duration runs from Monday, 4 May 2026 to Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
All finished forms need to be returned on or before Tuesday, 14 July 2026. The entrance evaluation and interview will hold from Monday, 20 July 2026 to Friday, 24 July 2026.
Candidates should keep these dates close; missing one might impact the admission procedure.
