Prize money for winners
Winners will receive cash prizes in 3 locations:
- First Place: N500,000
- First Runner Up: N300,000
- Second Runner Up: N200,000

Submission guidelines and eligibility
Interested individuals must follow the specified guidelines for their entries to count.
Format for essays
Entries must be sent as a Word document in Times New Roman, size 12 font.
Word count
- Senior Secondary School category: optimum 500 words
- All other classifications: optimum 1,000 words
Entry limitation
Just one entry is allowed per individual.
Details to include
Each entry needs to carry the participant’s complete name, category, and details of school or NYSC implementation.

How NEMA will assess entries
The judging requirements follow a weighted scale:
- 40% for content importance and depth
- 30% for originality and creativity
- 30% for structure, grammar, and style
