The “Care4Others” job, through which we strengthen the hospitality essence within the DNA of all our schools, instilling in every trainee the authentic worth of taking care of others with kindness.

What’s a piece of work you’re proud of– and what did it teach you?

The growth of Les Roches through development and growth. It taught me that outcomes are not something you chase; they come naturally when you pursue a purpose you relate to and that creates real worth for the customer.

What’s a small everyday routine that assists you in your work?

Taking a couple of minutes before each conference to reflect in advance on the expectations of those participating in.

What’s one change you ‘d like to see in your sector over the next few years?

That society finds the crucial value, specifically at this minute, of education in human relations and hospitality– which interest in studying hospitality increases once again in both public and personal universities.

What idea, book, podcast or conversation has stuck with you recently?

The book Leaders Consume Last. I believe it completely defines the leadership style that leads to cumulative success.

What’s one piece of guidance you ‘d give to somebody beginning in this field?

Focus more on how to produce higher service value for others through your work than on attaining positions or generating income. The latter inevitably follows when you use the former.
